We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Stuteville Auto Group. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in accounting and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**

The Financial Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining all accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cashier related activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be organized, able to multi-task, and have excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Maintaining supporting documentation and vendor files in accordance with company policy and tax requirements
  • Reconciling accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards
  • Preparing and processing weekly payments of Post-and-Pay invoices
  • Receiving and reconciled vendor statements to vendor report; requesting missing invoices from vendors
