Overview:
RightDirection Technology Solutions LLC is in search of a dedicated Technical Support Specialist I to provide assistance to our clients. This position is integral to our operations, focusing on delivering exceptional support within the Human Resources sector of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive Tier I technical support, addressing inquiries and issues related to computer systems, software applications, and hardware components.
  • Respond to various forms of communication from users, including electronic mail, web-based inquiries, and telephonic requests for assistance.
  • Document all service requests in the designated tracking system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new users by configuring their network access, managing directory structures, and performing password resets.
  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues related to local area networks (LAN) and maintain stable internet connections.
  • Assist users in troubleshooting hardware and software challenges, providing guidance on desktop applications and conducting user training sessions.
  • Address mobile device access concerns for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Utilize support tools to monitor user requests from initial ticket creation through to resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support staff when necessary.
  • Provide first-level support via telephone, email, and web channels for various computer systems, including software, hardware, and telecommunications.
  • Analyze and resolve intricate service requests and incidents that have been escalated by junior analysts.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills and maintain professional communication standards when interacting with clients.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer support.
