Job Summary

Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide complete support to end-users
  • Manage projects and meet required deadlines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of computer software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
  • Advanced level of experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Workstation operating systems
