Customer Service Advisor

Kaplan International is a premier provider of English language education, dedicated to equipping our students with the necessary tools and opportunities for success. Our network includes over 40 English language schools across various countries, catering to a diverse student body from around the globe.

As a vital member of our Customer Service team, you will play a key role in facilitating enrollments between our international agents and the operational staff at our schools, ensuring that every aspect of a student's educational journey is meticulously managed.

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily activities will encompass:

  • Managing enrollments to our educational institutions across multiple countries.
  • Offering comprehensive guidance and information regarding the courses and services available.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with our international agents.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues at our schools, becoming well-acquainted with their staff and facilities.
  • Delivering prompt, friendly, and proactive customer service to both agent partners and school personnel.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance service quality, response times, and the accuracy of information provided.
  • Informing agents about relevant immigration and visa regulations when necessary.
  • Managing your own administrative responsibilities, including filing and data entry.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a knack for problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and data entry.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of foreign languages.
  • Previous experience in the industry or with international students.
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles.
  • Intercultural awareness, with travel or study abroad experience being a significant advantage.
