Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide reception services, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Order materials and supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including the material library and reference library
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and support project administrative tasks
  • Perform data entry and conduct product research
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Experience in architecture, engineering, or professional services firms is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Graphic Design software
