With over 23 years of experience in the high-tech sector, we specialize in Optical Design and Engineering Services as well as OEM manufacturing within the Photonics industry. We deliver exceptional custom optical solutions to clients worldwide. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is fluent in both Chinese and English. We are looking for a candidate to fill the Bilingual Office Support role, with on-the-job training provided for industry-specific knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a meticulous approach to their work. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both Chinese and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Fluency in Chinese and English (both verbal and written) is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (including formula creation), and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and multitask to provide efficient administrative support.
  • Create and maintain confidential records, files, and databases, utilizing Salesforce for data compilation.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in calculations.
  • Prepare weekly reports and perform additional office duties as assigned.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Salary range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually.
Work Environment:
This position requires in-person attendance five days a week.
Additional Information:
  • Supplemental pay types may include bonuses.
  • Reliable commuting or relocation plans are necessary.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is required (minimum 5 years).
  • Administrative experience of at least 3 years is essential.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory.
