Role Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, you will engage in various clerical tasks including:

  • Managing phone communications
  • Processing documents via fax and email
  • Organizing files and maintaining records
  • Creating copies and scanning documents

Additionally, you will:

  • Provide assistance and information to clients
  • Welcome and greet visitors
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel spreadsheets and formulas
  • Exhibit strong writing skills to compose letters in both Google Docs and Microsoft Word in English and Spanish
  • Pay close attention to detail for accurate reporting
  • Handle transactions and payments using QuickBooks (experience preferred)
