Position Summary:

This role serves as a vital support function, offering direct assistance to Account Executives, Marketing Teams, and clients. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary objective will be to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all incoming customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate key pick-up requests.
  • Assist with transportation and routing inquiries related to deliveries.
  • Process will-call orders promptly.
  • Provide customers with copies of invoices.
  • Handle credit processing.
  • Maintain an organized call list.
  • Monitor orders to ensure timely processing.
  • Communicate regularly with Account Executives and clients.
  • Manage same-day delivery requests for the operating company.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or sales coordination, preferably in the foodservice industry.

Preferred: Previous experience in a call center environment.

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent telephone communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
