Position Summary:
This role serves as a vital support function, offering direct assistance to Account Executives, Marketing Teams, and clients. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary objective will be to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming customer inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate key pick-up requests.
- Assist with transportation and routing inquiries related to deliveries.
- Process will-call orders promptly.
- Provide customers with copies of invoices.
- Handle credit processing.
- Maintain an organized call list.
- Monitor orders to ensure timely processing.
- Communicate regularly with Account Executives and clients.
- Manage same-day delivery requests for the operating company.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or sales coordination, preferably in the foodservice industry.
Preferred: Previous experience in a call center environment.
Professional Skills:
- Excellent telephone communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
