This position is ideal for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is proficient in both Chinese and English. We are looking for a candidate for the Bilingual Office Coordinator role, and we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be meticulous, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while demonstrating a high level of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English (verbal and written) is essential.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel (with advanced Excel capabilities), and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to provide efficient administrative support.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and databases, ensuring accurate compilation of diverse information.
  • Prepare weekly reports and assist with various office tasks as needed.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence in all responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Salary range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually.
Work Environment:
This position requires in-person attendance five days a week. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their commitment to a collaborative and engaging workplace.
