G Band Responsibilities:

The primary qualifications include a comprehensive understanding of management principles, practices, and techniques, alongside the ability to integrate management services with the overall management of the organization. The incumbent will provide advice and support on various fiscal and administrative issues to management.

The role focuses on securing the necessary resources and services to facilitate the organization's operations. This includes assisting supervisors in forecasting staffing requirements and conducting workflow analyses.

Collaboration with Human Resources is essential to obtain guidance on organizational functions such as payroll, leave, and benefits. The officer will also oversee travel arrangements and manage training programs, ensuring compliance with established standards.

Additional duties include managing office logistics, including personal property, supplies, and acquisition activities, as well as overseeing awards, safety regulations, security, and vehicle management.

Identifying, analyzing, and recommending solutions to recurring issues while proposing enhancements is a key aspect of this role.

Work is generally performed independently, with periodic reviews at significant milestones and upon completion to ensure adherence to policies and alignment with other activities.

H Band Responsibilities:

As the Administrative Officer in the Flight Standards area, the incumbent will execute diverse assignments with limited managerial direction. The role may involve leading projects or contributing as a team member.

Utilizing advanced knowledge of management principles, the officer will provide essential management services that support the organization's mission. Independence in planning and resource allocation is expected, along with the ability to assist others in task completion.

Data tracking and analysis to ensure policy compliance will be part of the responsibilities, along with coordinating and executing a variety of administrative and analytical tasks.

Evaluating office expenditures and making informed decisions based on trends and anticipated program changes is critical.

Qualifications

Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must demonstrate specialized experience that equips them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties effectively.

Specialized Experience:

Experience in applying management principles and techniques to resolve organizational challenges, as well as experience in managing resources and services effectively.

Security Requirements: Moderate Risk (5): Completion of a background investigation is required prior to appointment.
