Plant Operations Excellence Manager

At Niagara Bottling, we're committed to delivering exceptional quality and affordability to our customers. We're seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to join our Temple plant team.
Job Summary: This is a key leadership role responsible for driving process improvements and implementing lean initiatives to optimize plant operations, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance plant efficiency, quality, and cost competitiveness.
- Collaborate with plant leadership, cross-functional teams, and corporate stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives.
- Lead lean six sigma teams to drive process improvements and financial savings, leveraging data-driven decision-making and statistical analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plant stakeholders, including production, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to plant personnel to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business results and achieve plant objectives.
- Implement and maintain visual controls, standard work, and process audits to ensure lasting results and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering, operations management, or business administration.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong background in process improvement and lean six sigma methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data-driven decision-making and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with plant stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, with occasional overnight stays for business meetings and training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or business administration.
- Advanced certifications in lean six sigma, TPM, or TPS methodologies.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience working with E-Business Systems, inventory systems, and efficiency improvement analysis applications.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
