Niagara Bottling is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring preventative and corrective maintenance and repair activities to ensure our facilities, machinery, and equipment operate reliably and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of the maintenance department.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing maintenance team to ensure production equipment is in excellent condition, production lines are running at high efficiency, and proper stock of parts is maintained.
  • Oversee outside contractors performing installations and projects at the facility.
  • Interface with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met.
  • Hire, train, coach, and review performance of employees, working with HR for employee discipline issues, terminations, and recruitment.
  • Oversee safety team activities, monitor, and enforce safety requirements.
  • Develop and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
  • Maintain accurate time and maintenance records.
  • Develop capital equipment justifications for machine tools and process technology to improve quality, cost, and cycle times.
  • Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
