Senior Wealth Management Advisor

Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Wealth Management Advisor who will focus on developing relationships and providing expert financial and investment advice to both existing and potential wealth clients. As part of a specialized team within the Wealth Group, the advisor will collaborate with various specialists, including Private Bankers, Trust Officers, and Philanthropy Officers, to deliver comprehensive services.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain a portfolio of client relationships, conducting regular meetings to assess and update client goals, financial situations, and investment strategies.
- Investment Portfolio Construction: Evaluate clients' risk tolerance and return objectives to create tailored investment portfolios, adjusting them as necessary based on changing circumstances or market conditions.
- Financial Planning Consultation: Collaborate with our financial planning team to develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, ensuring clients have access to in-house insurance and financial resources.
- Business Development: Proactively seek new wealth management opportunities through internal referrals and by fostering relationships with business partners.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about economic and financial trends to provide relevant advice to clients throughout various business cycles.
Essential Competencies

- Technical Proficiency: Maintain the necessary technical knowledge to perform effectively and adapt to new trends.

- Effective Communication: Share information clearly and adapt messaging to suit various audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or institutional wealth management.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Knowledge of investment markets and the ability to implement effective investment strategies.
- Possession of Series 6 or 7 licenses and State Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
- Preferred qualifications include CFP, MBA, or other professional designations.
