About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Service Advisor to join our team at Don Jacobs Toyota. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and will be responsible for ensuring that they receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure that customers are not mishandled.
- Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently to maximize productivity.
Requirements
- Organized and friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage others and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure seamless customer service.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
