Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support our Client Service Associates in delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception Duties
    • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
    • Enthusiastically greet clients and announce their arrival
    • Handle incoming client calls for appointments and service needs
    • Provide information about client accounts
    • Data entry
    • Document processing, scanning, and copying
    • Process transactions such as money movements
    • Deposit checks
    • Prepare client reports
    • Maintain databases
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail deliveries
    • Prepare and maintain beverage stations and obtain beverages for clients
    • Ensure the reception area is properly maintained for client visits
    • Ensure dishes are clean and kitchen area is properly maintained
    • Assist with various office projects as requested
  • Education/Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or 2-year degree preferred
    • 2 years of office/reception experience
    • Friendly, outgoing, positive attitude
    • Professional appearance, voice, and interaction with customers
    • Detail-oriented
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work with all levels of staff and management, with a teamwork mentality
    • Ability to prioritize workflow and projects; work in a deadline environment and be flexible
    • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe preferred
