Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule appointments efficiently
  • Delegate daily tasks and calls to team members
  • Engage in marketing and sales activities to promote additional services
  • Complete service orders, return client calls, and address customer concerns
  • Organize office operations and procedures, including preparing and reviewing purchase orders
  • Perform additional duties as required, which may involve cross-training in related roles

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience
  • Familiarity with service management software is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Typing skills are a plus
