Insurance Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Client Service Specialist to join our team at Lockton Companies. As a key member of our Client Engagement strategy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Unit Manager, Account Executive, or Senior Client Manager in the service delivery and renewal process for a designated book of business.
- Respond to client inquiries, maintain documentation of communications, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide client service aligned with Lockton Companies' processes and protocols, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Collaborate with the Unit Manager, Account Executive, or Senior Client Manager to request and collect quotes from carriers, audit quotes, and bind policies.
- Process audits, create audit analysis, and present findings to clients.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting material as directed by the Unit Manager, Account Executive, or Senior Client Manager.
- Update policy information, specifications, and application details to reflect changes during the year.
- Build coverage specifications under the direction of the Unit Manager, Account Executive, or Senior Client Manager.
- Support new business opportunities, generating materials for client presentations and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, protecting client and company information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related program or equivalent education and/or experience required.
- A minimum of two years of commercial Property and Casualty insurance experience and/or insurance broking/consulting/agency experience required.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Legally able to work in the United States.
