Position Overview

This role is dependent on the successful award of a contract.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive training Programs of Instruction (POI) and schedules, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Deliver expert training on NEXGEN systems and SIGINT technologies.
  • Update and refine training materials to reflect the latest signal developments.
  • Assist in the creation of target packages tailored to specific operational areas.
  • Collaborate with clients and management to identify training requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training coordination and scheduling.
  • Establish and maintain a Master Training Schedule.
  • Oversee training policies and ensure compliance with INSCOM Commanders' directives.
  • Develop documentation to support training initiatives and external agency requirements.
  • Evaluate and oversee training effectiveness and materials.
  • Manage training records and documentation.
  • Conduct training assessments and gather feedback through surveys.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior officials.
  • Propose enhancements to training methodologies and strategies.
  • Engage with senior leadership and external partners to discuss training outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in electronics or a related technical discipline, complemented by eight years of relevant experience.
  • Alternatively, ten years of direct experience with NexGEN systems and a foundational understanding of TROJAN SATCOM may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Completion of the EDUC 2501 Training Methods for Cryptologic Instructor course or equivalent instructor qualifications is preferred.
  • Experience in high-level staff environments, ideally at the Division level or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions related to TROJAN and other communication assets.
  • In-depth knowledge of TROJAN system principles and their application in military operations.
  • Familiarity with emerging intelligence technologies, including wireless and cellular communications.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of representing the organization effectively with senior officials.
  • Expertise in exploiting foreign military communications.
  • Experience in defining intelligence and electronic warfare requirements for combat users.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in delivering presentations.
  • An active TS/SCI US Security Clearance is mandatory.
