This role is contingent upon contract award.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert to define operational requirements and provide technical specifications that align with customer needs for new equipment and techniques related to radar, electronic countermeasures (ECM), and communication signals.
  • Offer senior-level guidance to a mission support team overseeing projects primarily focused on signal operations. Manage the development, deployment, and evaluation of new or previously unexploited signal data.
  • Deliver analytical and operational support for unique tactical and strategic mission intelligence communication systems, including the creation of operational scenarios and vulnerability assessments.
  • Identify mission vulnerabilities through complex system integration analysis and develop scenarios to mitigate identified threats. Conduct mission planning to anticipate future resource needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive studies, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Generate documentation to support objectives for external agencies and INSCOM Commanders.
  • Review and prepare Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs).
  • Translate analytical findings into effective presentations for senior officials and counterparts.
  • Assess the operational availability of strategic and tactical intelligence communication assets and develop clear briefing reports.
  • Maintain the mission status of assigned tactical and strategic systems.
  • Support INSCOM TROJAN systems as required.
  • Capable of maneuvering in confined spaces and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, History, Political Science, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical experience with TROJAN communication systems.
  • Experience in higher-level staff roles, preferably at the Division level or equivalent.
  • Ability to navigate small spaces and lift 50 lbs.
  • Strong analytical skills to research and recommend solutions to complex problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of TROJAN system principles and their application in military operations.
  • Familiarity with emerging intelligence products, including wireless and cellular communications.
  • Effective communication skills to interface with senior officials and represent the organization.
  • Understanding of methods for exploiting foreign military communications.
  • Knowledge of tactical and strategic operations involving TROJAN-equipped organizations.
  • Fluency in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in delivering presentations.
  • Must be a US Citizen with a Final Top-Secret Clearance based on a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
