Position Overview

This role is dependent on the award of the contract.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Program Manager in overseeing the entire contract, which includes managing resources, budget, timelines, performance metrics, and risk assessments across various tasks.
  • Provide technical assistance to projects/tasks in accordance with contract stipulations.
  • Advise the Program Manager on daily operations to ensure that programs/projects align with organizational, client, and contractual objectives.
  • Supervise the performance of assigned staff and prioritize mission-critical tasks/projects as necessary.
  • Communicate updates to clients regarding resource availability, workload delivery, and performance standards.
  • Assist in managing programs/projects by coordinating necessary resources, personnel, equipment, and facilities for clients located in diverse geographical areas.
  • Act as the secondary point of contact for program/project inquiries related to INSCOM.
  • Support financial management for the Task Order in accordance with budgetary guidelines and schedules.
  • Ensure optimal use of personnel, materials, funds, facilities, and equipment to meet operational requirements of clients.
  • Present briefings to senior client and corporate leadership regarding program status, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree from an accredited institution in Logistics, Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration, or related fields, coupled with 12-15 years of successful managerial experience in DoD programs and projects that provided global maintenance, facility engineering, and logistics support; or a Bachelor's degree in the same fields with 20 years of relevant managerial experience.
  • PMP Certification is required.
  • An active TS/SCI US Security Clearance is mandatory.
