Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert to define operational needs and evaluate requirements.
- Deliver technical specifications to fulfill approved operational needs for new technologies and methods, focusing on radar, electronic countermeasures (ECM), and communication signals.
- Provide senior-level oversight and direction to mission support teams on signal-related projects, ensuring effective development, deployment, and documentation of signal data.
- Offer analytical and operational support for unique tactical and strategic intelligence communication systems, including the creation of operational scenarios and vulnerability assessments.
- Analyze complex system integration requirements to identify mission vulnerabilities and devise multiple strategies to mitigate threats.
- Prepare comprehensive studies, reports, and presentations.
- Develop documentation to support objectives aligned with external agencies and command leadership.
- Draft and review Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs).
- Translate analytical findings into impactful presentations.
- Present findings to senior officials and representatives from other organizations.
- Evaluate the operational readiness of intelligence communication assets and produce briefing reports that provide clear assessments.
- Maintain mission status for assigned tactical and strategic systems.
- Support INSCOM TROJAN systems on-site as required.
- Ability to navigate confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, History, Political Science, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical experience with TROJAN communication systems.
- Experience at higher-level staff positions, preferably at the Division level or equivalent.

- In-depth knowledge of TROJAN system principles and their application in military operations.
- Familiarity with emerging intelligence products, including wireless and cellular communications.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interface with senior officials and external counterparts.
- Understanding of methods for exploiting foreign military communications.
- Knowledge of tactical and strategic operations involving TROJAN-equipped organizations.
- Fluency in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in delivering briefings.
- Must be a US Citizen with a Final Top-Secret Clearance based on a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) in accordance with ICD 704. Some roles may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph.
