This role is contingent upon the award of a contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training Programs of Instruction (POI) and training timelines while liaising with clients.
- Deliver specialized training on NEXGEN systems and SIGINT technologies.
- Ensure training materials are consistently updated with the latest signal information.
- Assist in the development of target packages for operational sites, integrating specific signals relevant to the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Collaborate with clients, collection managers, and requirements managers to identify training needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training coordination and scheduling.
- Create and maintain a Master Training Schedule.
- Establish training policies and oversight mechanisms.
- Develop policy documentation to support the mission of INSCOM Commanders and meet external agency requirements.
- Supervise and assess training effectiveness.
- Review and critique training materials for quality assurance.
- Manage training records and documentation.
- Conduct training evaluations through surveys and analyses.
- Prepare detailed reports, studies, and presentations.
- Propose enhancements to training methodologies and strategies.
- Present findings to senior officials and representatives from other organizations.
- Associate's Degree in electronics or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution, accompanied by eight years of relevant experience.
- Ten years of direct experience with NexGEN systems may substitute for the degree requirement, along with a foundational understanding of TROJAN SATCOM; a minimum of ten years of instructional experience is mandatory.
- Completion of the EDUC 2501 Training Methods for Cryptologic Instructor course or equivalent instructor qualifications is preferred.
- Experience in high-level staff environments, preferably at the Division level or equivalent.
- Ability to research, analyze, and recommend solutions for complex issues, including the deployment of TROJAN or similar communication assets.
- In-depth knowledge of TROJAN system principles, methodologies, and their application in military operations.
- Familiarity with emerging intelligence products, including wireless and cellular communication technologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior officials and counterparts.
- Understanding of methods for exploiting foreign military communications.
- Experience in defining intelligence and electronic warfare requirements for combat users.
- Fluency in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in delivering presentations.
- An active TS/SCI US Security Clearance is required.
