This role is dependent on the successful award of a contract.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive training Programs of Instruction (POI) and training schedules while liaising with clients.
  • Deliver training on NEXGEN systems and SIGINT tools.
  • Update training materials to reflect the latest signal developments.
  • Assist in the creation of target packages tailored to specific operational areas.
  • Collaborate with clients, collection managers, and requirements managers to identify training needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training coordination and scheduling.
  • Establish and maintain a Master Training Schedule.
  • Oversee training policies and provide necessary oversight.
  • Develop policy documentation that aligns with the INSCOM Commanders' objectives and external agency requirements.
  • Evaluate and supervise training effectiveness.
  • Review and assess training materials for quality and relevance.
  • Manage training records meticulously.
  • Conduct training critiques, surveys, and analyses to gather feedback.
  • Prepare detailed reports, studies, and presentations.
  • Propose enhancements to training methodologies and strategies.
  • Present findings to senior officials and counterparts from various organizations.
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in electronics or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution, accompanied by eight years of relevant experience.
  • Ten years of direct experience with NexGEN systems may substitute for the degree requirement, along with a foundational understanding of TROJAN SATCOM; a minimum of ten years of instructional experience is essential.
  • Completion of the EDUC 2501 Training Methods for Cryptologic Instructor course or equivalent instructor qualifications is preferred.
  • Experience in higher-level staff environments, ideally at the Division level or equivalent.
  • Proficient in researching, analyzing, and recommending solutions for complex challenges, including the deployment of TROJAN or related communication assets.
  • In-depth knowledge of TROJAN system principles, concepts, and methodologies, along with an understanding of their role in military operations.
  • Familiarity with emerging intelligence products, including wireless and cellular communication technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior officials and counterparts.
  • Knowledgeable in methods for exploiting foreign military communications.
  • Experience in defining combat user intelligence, combat information, and electronic warfare requirements.
  • Fluency in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in delivering presentations.
  • An active TS/SCI US Security Clearance is mandatory.
