Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert to define operational requirements and provide technical specifications to fulfill customer needs for new equipment and methodologies related to radar, electronic countermeasures (ECM), and communication signals.
- Offer senior-level guidance to a mission support team overseeing projects primarily focused on signal-related activities. Manage the development, deployment, and documentation of recordings of both new and previously unexploited signal data.
- Deliver analytical and operational support for unique tactical and strategic mission intelligence communication systems. Contribute to various analytical products and functions, including operational scenarios, deployment planning, site evaluations, and vulnerability assessments.
- Identify mission vulnerability targets through the analysis of complex system integration requirements and develop multiple scenarios to address potential threats. Conduct mission planning to anticipate future resource needs.
- Prepare comprehensive studies, reports, and presentations.
- Develop documentation to support objectives aligned with external agencies and INSCOM Commanders.
- Draft and review Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs).
- Translate analytical findings into effective presentations.
- Present findings to senior officials and counterparts from other organizations.
- Evaluate the operational availability of strategic and tactical intelligence communication assets and create briefing reports that provide a clear assessment of system availability.
- Maintain mission status for assigned tactical and strategic systems.
- Support INSCOM TROJAN systems on-site as required.
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, History, Political Science, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or twelve (12) years of equivalent technical experience with TROJAN communication systems.
- Experience in higher-level staff roles, preferably at the Division level or equivalent.
- Ability to navigate confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.

- In-depth knowledge of TROJAN system principles, concepts, and methodologies, along with an understanding of their role in military operations.
- Familiarity with emerging intelligence products, including wireless and cellular communications.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interface and represent the organization with senior officials and counterparts.
- Knowledge of methods for exploiting foreign military communications and non-communications.
- Understanding of tactical and strategic organizations equipped with TROJAN systems, including their missions and functions.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Skilled in delivering presentations.
- Must be a US Citizen with a Final Top-Secret Clearance based on a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and a favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) in accordance with ICD 704. Some positions may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph.
