Job Overview

Position: REO Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Transaction Coordinator to oversee contracts throughout the complete home buying and selling journey. This role involves managing transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring that offers and counteroffers are effectively processed for a seamless and successful sale. The ideal candidate is highly organized and possesses exceptional customer service abilities to ensure clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all tasks related to foreclosure and investment properties
  • Communicate effectively with co-brokers and agents
  • Provide daily updates in relevant portals
  • Coordinate inspections, repairs, and appraisals
  • Request and evaluate bids as necessary
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during transactions
  • Manage all administrative duties concerning buyer and seller transactions from the executed purchase agreement to closing
  • Secure necessary approvals for offers and counteroffers to expedite the process
  • Review all documentation to ensure proper signatures and dates for a swift home sale process
  • Generate marketing reports as required
  • Monitor market trends and pricing, offering insights to clients as needed
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate MLS records
  • Prior experience in transaction management, coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages is highly valued
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Schedule home inspections and necessary repairs, assisting in negotiations regarding those repairs
  • Supervise all administrative tasks for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to closing
  • Organize and attend events related to the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Assist real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders with paperwork, ensuring the completion of all escrow documents, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in transaction management, coordination, real estate, or REO is Required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Real estate license is preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot effectively
  • Capable of working collaboratively as well as independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
  • Availability to work in an office setting 40 hours per week with rotational Saturday scheduling
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Driven by a commitment to deliver excellent customer service and a positive client experience
