Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between buyers and sellers to guarantee a successful transaction.
  • Organize property viewings to familiarize clients with the local real estate landscape.
  • Identify potential homebuyers and provide them with tailored information on properties that meet their criteria and financial plans.
  • Convert interested homebuyers into qualified leads through ongoing follow-ups and effective communication, integrating them into the sales pipeline.
  • Draft essential documents such as representation agreements, purchase contracts, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate a smooth buying experience.
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive client database.
  • Prepare necessary real estate transaction paperwork and forms.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a buyer's agent or in real estate.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and prevailing trends.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and have the ability to travel by car.
  • Demonstrated history of success in real estate transactions.

Compensation: $50,000+ Commission
