- Convert interested homebuyers into qualified leads through ongoing follow-ups and effective communication, integrating them into the sales pipeline.
- Draft essential documents such as representation agreements, purchase contracts, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate a smooth buying experience.
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive client database.
- Prepare necessary real estate transaction paperwork and forms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a buyer's agent or in real estate.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and prevailing trends.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and have the ability to travel by car.
- Demonstrated history of success in real estate transactions.
Compensation: $50,000+ Commission
