Compensation:

$100,000 at plan commission

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand clients' needs and provide customized advice and assistance.
  • Efficiently build connections and rapport with clients.
  • Deliver accurate market analysis, including comparisons, current listings, and expired listings.
  • Gain expertise in new construction sales processes and strategies.
  • Ensure clients are informed about all steps and critical details of the home buying/selling journey.
  • Remain open to ongoing education and growth opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Engage in team meetings and training, embracing innovative methods and sales practices.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective planning capabilities, and a proactive follow-up approach.
  • Willingness to adopt and implement new marketing and sales strategies in the real estate domain.
  • Proven track record of success in selling products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at multitasking and exhibiting creativity.
