Job Overview

Position: REO Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Transaction Coordinator to oversee contracts throughout the entire real estate transaction process. You will be responsible for managing transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring that offers and counteroffers are processed efficiently for a seamless sale. The ideal candidate is highly organized and possesses exceptional customer service skills to provide a reassuring experience for clients. Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all tasks related to foreclosure and investment properties
  • Facilitate communication with co-brokers and agents
  • Maintain daily updates in relevant portals
  • Coordinate inspections, repairs, and appraisals
  • Request and evaluate bids as necessary
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during transactions
  • Manage all administrative duties concerning buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreements to closing
  • Obtain necessary approvals for offers and counteroffers to ensure timely processing
  • Review all documentation to confirm proper signatures and dates for a swift home sale process
  • Prepare marketing reports as required
  • Monitor market trends and pricing, providing insights to clients as needed
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate MLS records
  • Prior experience in transaction management, coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages is highly valued
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Schedule home inspections and manage negotiations regarding repairs
  • Supervise all administrative tasks for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to closing
  • Coordinate and attend events related to the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Assist real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders with paperwork, ensuring the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in transaction management, coordination, real estate, or REO is Required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Real estate license is preferred
  • Able to troubleshoot effectively
  • Capable of working well both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Willingness to work in an office setting for 40 hours per week with flexible Saturday scheduling
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate information clearly and accurately to clients
