Overview: Responsible for managing daily activities at the Front Desk and overseeing Bell and Transportation services. This role includes supervising Guest Service Agents and Concierge staff while ensuring high standards of guest service. Additionally, the supervisor will handle reports related to group billing and guest feedback on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing Front Desk functions, including cash management and guest check-in procedures.
- Addressing and resolving guest inquiries and issues throughout the resort.
- Leading and supervising team members in the Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services departments.
- Coordinating schedules and providing coaching to team members.
- Supporting Reservations and Telephone Operators as necessary.
- Managing inventory, including maps, keys, and other essential supplies.
- Creating schedules based on operational needs.
- Carrying out additional tasks as required.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry is required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
- Physical capability to lift, push, or pull at least 30 pounds.
- Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Capability to bend at the waist.
- Availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
