As we continue to expand across the country, our Inventory Management team is crucial in propelling our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home. This team plays a vital role in achieving our growth and revenue objectives by collaborating closely with our suppliers and warehouse personnel.

As a Sourcing and Procurement Coordinator, you will be instrumental in this mission by managing the scheduling of material transfers between branches through our contracted freight partners and ensuring accurate tracking of all purchased materials. You will report directly to the Inventory Purchasing Manager and work in conjunction with the Inventory Department, Warehouse Managers, Operations Administrators, and Inside Operations.

Your Contributions

In this position, you can anticipate engaging in the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pickups and verify that all shipments are delivered punctually.
  • Engage with Warehouse Managers and suppliers to address any issues with damaged material deliveries and facilitate the procurement of replacements.
  • Oversee product pricing and update pricing catalogs as necessary.
  • Assist the Accounts Payable Department in monitoring any discrepancies in pricing on invoices using Medius software.

  • Schedule: Non-exempt role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Location: On-site position.
