Charter Sales Director

JetRight Aerospace Holdings LLC is seeking a seasoned Charter Sales Specialist Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the charter sales process, from initial inquiries to post-flight follow-ups, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing charter sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and market reach.
- Sell, book, and coordinate private jet trips for high-net-worth clients, delivering a premium customer experience aligned with our "Lift Every Moment" philosophy.
- Manage customer inquiries, generate quotes, and oversee the conversion of leads into bookings.
- Collaborate with operations and flight scheduling teams for smooth charter flights.
- Provide regular performance reports and use data to drive sales improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in aviation or charter services.
- Proven success in managing teams and achieving sales goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with a high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
