Job Overview

JetRight Aerospace Holdings LLC is seeking a seasoned Charter Sales Specialist Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the charter sales process, from initial inquiries to post-flight follow-ups, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing charter sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and market reach.
  • Sell, book, and coordinate private jet trips for high-net-worth clients, delivering a premium customer experience aligned with our "Lift Every Moment" philosophy.
  • Manage customer inquiries, generate quotes, and oversee the conversion of leads into bookings.
  • Collaborate with operations and flight scheduling teams for smooth charter flights.
  • Provide regular performance reports and use data to drive sales improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in aviation or charter services.
  • Proven success in managing teams and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven with a high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
