We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Cambria Hotel Nashville Airport. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating top-line room revenue for assigned hotels and meeting or exceeding budgeted revenue expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively solicit new business opportunities through prospective customers and use network channels to open doors to new customers.
  • Develop long-term relationships with venues and potential clients by maintaining disciplined verbal and written communications.
  • Respond to RFPs and in-bound inquiries in accordance with established corporate guidelines.
  • Quote pricing, meet with clients and hotel department managers to plan function details, space requirements, food service and decor.
  • Maintain detailed information of all sales activity into property's CRM system.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate special arrangements and requests.
  • Mentor less experienced sales staff.
  • Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority, otherwise refer the matter to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Requirements
  • Direct hospitality or hotel Cluster Sales experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player with excellent guest relations skills.
  • College degree and/or equivalent sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence customers and provide excellent service.
