Job Title: Car Sales Director

As a Car Sales Director at Hertz, you will oversee all store operations management, including sales, finance, inventory, pricing, and compliance. Your primary goal is to achieve high customer service scores, meet sales and profitability targets, and ensure ICC compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales, finance, inventory, pricing, and compliance across all store operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve high customer service scores and meet sales targets
  • Ensure effective inventory management, including merchandising and vehicle pricing
  • Manage the reconditioning process and support Digital Retailing initiatives
  • Lead the sales team and provide continuous coaching and training
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in all channels and drive strong CRM metric accountability
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in Car Sales Management
  • Experience in auto dealership and car sales, auto financing, and car sales regulations
  • Knowledge of F&I processes, business acumen, and industry pricing tools
  • Effective management and leadership skills, strong problem-solving skills, and strong communication and presentation skills
