Job Title: Director of Sales and Marketing

At Awana, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. This individual will be responsible for advancing the ministry of Awana by providing leadership and ownership for effective ministry expansion through promoting and selling Awana events, products, services, curriculum, and other resources primarily to churches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth through the promotion and sale of membership, curriculum, and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including church leaders and Awana staff.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports to track and measure the success of initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Christian marketplace.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
