Premise Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, CA. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our health center team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars for internal and external meetings, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination.
  • Plan and schedule meetings, including room reservations, invitations, and accommodations.
  • Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and review expense reports for submission to accounting.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Premise Health's policies, procedures, and systems.
Requirements
  • One year certificate from college or technical school with a focus on front office support for medical settings.
  • At least three years of experience providing administrative support in a clinic or office setting.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
