**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Manager to join our team at The Hackett Group, Inc. in Miami, FL. As a key member of our SAP implementation team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide day-to-day technical support for multiple SAP customers and implementation teams
* Design and implement SAP technical solutions across the SAP landscape and integrate systems
* Gather and analyze client business and functional requirements to provide technical solutions
* Participate in new implementations of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Business Suites, and SAP basis administration activities using SAP tools
* Analyze root cause and escalate findings
* Work with project teams to ensure SAP systems are integrated into various applications
* Lead SAP upgrades, OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions for the SAP NetWeaver platform, SSO configuration, and installation of SSL certificates using SAP certified tools

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
* 3 years of experience in the offered job or 3 years of experience as a SAP Administrator or SAP Consultant
* Concurrent experience must include 2 years of experience with implementation, upgrade, and administration of SAP S/4 HANA
* SAP Global Certification as SAP Certified Technology Associate for SAP S/4 HANA
