Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at The Hackett Group. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities in the mid-market space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify leads for the western region SR Account Executive (AE) by making cold calls, sending emails, and utilizing digital sales technologies and social media platforms.
  • Drive incremental pipeline in assigned territory.
  • Establish strong relationships, communicate, collaborate, and strategize with key stakeholders, including Answerthink and SAP AE's to help pursue business opportunities.
  • Update and maintain data in Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate pipeline management and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong Business Acumen.
  • Proven ability of managing or working as part of virtual team.
  • Minimum - 3 years' business development in the software industry.
