Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales support to customers, handling product and promotion questions, order entry, sales completion, and shipping status.
  • Represent DSI to our dealer partner, building key relationships and advocating for our dealers while delivering best-in-class customer service.
  • Set and consistently measure performance against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  • Exceed sales and activation targets, measuring progress with market conditions, dealer performance, training, and customer experience.
  • Support dealers with onboarding and training, ensuring a successful launch.
  • Work with the credit and accounting department, placing orders for equipment, and executing company initiatives.
Requirements
  • Sales professional with a strong background and proven track record.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated individual with integrity and passion to succeed.
  • Prompt, strategic, highly organized, effective time management, goal-oriented with proven results.
  • Ability to understand competition and position dealers for success in a competitive marketplace.
