Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Join Azul Hospitality as a Front Desk Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires excellent leadership and customer service skills. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving hotel revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service and meet hotel standards.
  • Monitor and respond to guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maximize hotel revenues through effective up-selling and occupancy strategies.
  • Direct and train front office staff, including new hires and ongoing training.
  • Participate in the hiring process and assist with staff development and performance evaluations.
  • Review daily room availability and inform staff of VIP and special request reservations.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and complete necessary reports and forms daily.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs, brand standards, and hospitality industry systems a plus.
