Job Title: Front Office Overnight Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Overnight Supervisor to join our team at Rosewood Miramar Beach. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our overnight shift, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of Front Desk associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control the activities of the Front Desk Department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise, providing personalized service and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Ensure that all Front Desk operations are conducted in accordance with Rosewood Miramar Beach's standards and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Front Desk associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area, ensuring that it is always presented in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Assist with the training and development of Front Desk associates, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are met and that the hotel's standards are maintained.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years experience in a Front Desk role or similar.
  • Hotel operational exposure (i.e. Spa, F&B, and Reservations) is required.
  • Experience with a luxury property or brand preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills, including spreadsheet development and maintenance using Excel and web database reporting.
  • Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English, with fluency in other languages preferred.
