Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Agent to join our team at Palihouse Santa Barbara. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check-in and check-out guests, handle room assignments, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide information and recommendations to guests on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Manage guest requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Perform safety duties and adhere to established protocols in emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of basic arithmetic and computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum two years of experience in guest reception or a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and non-verbally.
