Position Overview:
This role offers a hybrid work environment, primarily remote, with occasional office visits for training and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle sensitive information related to all personnel within the organization.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and management as part of the HR service delivery team.
  • Address and resolve inquiries through the HR Case Management system, adhering to established protocols.
  • Provide guidance on various HR topics, including Workday and payroll inquiries.
  • Execute limited transactions in Workday and recommend enhancements to the system.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service in line with Service Level Agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Assist colleagues in their daily tasks, promoting a positive team environment.
  • Manage additional assigned responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- OR - Associate degree with 4 years of customer service experience
- OR - High school diploma/GED with 6 years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Over 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or Payroll
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to complex tasks
- Flexibility to support varying work hours

Essential Skills:
- Bilingual capabilities in Spanish
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Customer service experience via phone
