Position Overview:
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in various facets of human resources management while delivering exceptional customer service to both staff and management as part of our service delivery team.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office attendance required for training and team collaboration activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle sensitive information related to all staff members across the organization.
  • Provide comprehensive customer service support to employees and managers, addressing HR inquiries received through various channels.
  • Manage and resolve inquiries within the HR Case Management system, adhering to established protocols.
  • Offer guidance on HR topics, including Workday and payroll processes.
  • Execute limited transactions in Workday and recommend system enhancements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, meeting established Service Level Agreements and performance metrics.
  • Assist colleagues in their daily tasks, fostering a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.
  • Oversee additional assigned responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- OR Associate degree with 4 years of customer service experience
- OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with effective communication skills in both languages
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or Payroll
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player
