Position Overview:

Role Summary:
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain insights into various facets of human resources management while delivering exceptional support to employees and management as part of our service delivery team. The incumbent will handle sensitive information pertaining to staff across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage confidential information related to all employees.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to staff, managers, and HR as part of the service delivery team.
  • Address HR inquiries received through various channels including phone, email, and self-service.
  • Resolve or escalate inquiries within the HR Case Management system following established protocols.
  • Offer guidance on topics such as Workday, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
  • Conduct limited transactions in Workday and suggest enhancements for system efficiency.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service as measured by established Service Level Agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Support and assist team members in their daily tasks while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Manage additional assigned responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
Basic:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • OR Associate degree with 4 years of customer service experience
  • OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of customer service experience

Preferred:
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Over 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or Payroll.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate on complex projects.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range:
$20-$22 per hour, based on various factors including education and experience.
