About the Role

Our Account Executives are responsible for driving the growth and success of our mid-market accounts. They manage, grow, and drive continuous improvement for a portfolio of customers, building from the ground up. These individuals are obsessed with delivering world-class service to shippers and contributing directly to the top-line growth of Uber Freight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive top-line growth by finding ideal shippers to build the Account Executive's book of business
  • Work directly with our account management team, operations team, pricing team, and customers to continually seek new solutions for their logistics challenges
  • Drive forward the future vision of Uber Freight with our product team and help sell that vision to our customers
  • Engage with senior-level/c-suite team members internally and externally
  • Solution and product selling to shippers through a consultative approach
  • Own all core growth metrics for your portfolio of mid-market accounts
  • Obsess over the service needs of our customers
  • Develop process and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution for managed accounts
  • Facilitate RFP activities for portfolio accounts
  • Own customer Quarterly Business Review with your portfolio of accounts
  • Continually drive customer CSAT scores for managed accounts
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales industry experience with mid-market + enterprise size companies
  • At least 3 years in a consultative sales role
  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Supply Chain is a plus)
