Position Summary:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to enhance our sales team. The successful candidate will possess a solid sales background, outstanding communication abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for fitness. In this role, you will be tasked with promoting our fitness products, establishing connections with prospective clients, and aiding in the overall growth and success of NCI Technology, Inc.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients to showcase NCI Technology's diverse range of fitness products.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly articulate the advantages of our offerings.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales objectives and contribute to the overall sales targets of the organization.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Initiate contact with leads and prospects through cold calling to establish relationships.
  • Participate in trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities to promote NCI Technology products.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the fitness or wellness sector.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and assisting others in achieving their objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
