Position Summary:

We are in search of a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to enhance our sales team. In this role, you will be tasked with promoting our fitness solutions, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and playing a key role in the growth and success of NCI Technology, Inc.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients to showcase NCI's diverse range of fitness products.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly articulate the advantages of our offerings.
  • Establish and nurture positive client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales objectives and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the organization.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Initiate contact with leads and prospects through cold calling to build rapport.
  • Participate in industry events, community gatherings, and networking opportunities to promote NCI products.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities and client engagements in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to devise and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the fitness or wellness sector.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and assisting others in achieving their objectives.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
