Position Summary:
The Search Marketing Supervisor is essential in managing daily client interactions, strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Search to establish optimal search strategies tailored to client needs.
- Design and implement search strategies and campaign execution aligned with client goals.
- Work alongside the integrated media team to formulate recommendations and deliver insightful analyses.
- Act as the primary contact, fostering and enhancing relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Oversee the planned budget for search initiatives and ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Conduct routine campaign maintenance and auditing to ensure account hygiene.
- Guarantee timely completion of deliverables.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the search landscape, integrating insights into client strategies.
- Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
- 3-5 years of experience in paid search (SEM), including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in ad tech platforms and major search engines (Google, Bing).
- Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and adaptable work style.
