Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify ways to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one beauty strategy sessions, both virtually and in-office, influencing patients to take positive actions.
  • Address patient needs, adding substantial value throughout their aesthetic journey.
  • Manage revenue across multiple patient accounts at different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Take an entrepreneurial approach to manage opportunities, prospect for leads, set appointments, generate referrals, and conduct marketing planning.
  • Provide regular status updates on leads and opportunities to ensure timely responses and report on lead quality for marketing optimization.
  • Effectively manage inbound leads by working collaboratively with internal partners to drive revenue.
  • Offer patient education, coordination, and scheduling for plastic surgery procedures.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Provide an exceptional experience for every prospect and patient, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Required:
    1. Education: Bachelor's Degree
    2. 5+ years of demonstrated success in a fast-paced, consultative plastic surgery or aesthetic sales environment
    3. Prior experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or a Medical Spa preferred, but not required
    4. Passionate about educating and selling to patient dissatisfied with their appearance
    5. Highly skilled in identifying business challenges and providing effective solutions
    6. An outstanding verbal communicator and active listener with strong emotional acumen
    7. Team-oriented with a desire to develop lasting professional relationships
    8. Quick to learn and apply new concepts
    9. Proficient in both oral and written communication, comfortable with phone calls, adept at engaging in Zoom meetings, live presentations, and skilled in crafting effective emails
  • Preferred:
    1. Experienced in managing accounts with an online CRM (Zoho, Hubspot, etc).
    2. Knowledge of Nextech and other practice management/clinical systems
