We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals in achieving their aesthetic aspirations.

This involves promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of nonsurgical and surgical cosmetic treatments. Success in this role is measured by exceeding monthly sales goals and maintaining excellence in weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.

You will report to the Practice Director and Medical Director, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals. To succeed in this role, you must be poised, professional, creative, eager to succeed, passionate, and charismatic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify ways to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one beauty strategy sessions, both virtually and in-office, influencing patients to take positive actions.
  • Address patient needs, adding substantial value throughout their aesthetic journey.
  • Manage revenue across multiple patient accounts at different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Offer patient education, coordination, and scheduling for plastic surgery procedures.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Provide an exceptional experience for every prospect and patient, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
